23rd November 2020 - Author: Katie Baker

American Integrity Insurance Company has added Shannon Bauer as vice president of sales and Jennifer Kowalski as vice president of national accounts.

handshakeBauer’s addition is intended to increase focus on the development and execution the company’s sales strategy across all product lines.

Kowalski’s appointment was made in a bid to develop and build relationships with national and multi-state accounts.

Bauer’s 19 years of personal and commercial lines insurance experience began at State Farm.

In her most recent position she was a territorial sales leader for Allstate.

Kowalski has over 20 years of Property & Casualty experience, starting out as a product manager.

She then transitioned into sales, cultivating and managing large agencies and strategic relationships that flourished into a multimillion dollar source of revenue.

In her most recent role, she served as vice president of sales with Velocity Risk Underwriters, helping a company in “start-up mode” create a suite of products in six states.

The pair will report to Dick Dowd, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

“It’s truly an honour to be able to add talent of this caliber to our team,” said Dowd. “Their experience, market knowledge and proven record of success will help us further deepen American Integrity’s partnerships with preferred independent agency partners, increase the company’s footprint and brand awareness and develop innovative solutions to drive greater growth and profitability.”

Bob Ritchie, President and CEO added, “Adding Shannon and Jennifer to our team is another way that American Integrity continues to demonstrate our position as a market leader. Florida’s property insurance market has been challenging for the past few years – the pandemic has only added to the volatility in our industry.

“We’re proud that we’re able to continue to grow during a year as tumultuous as 2020 has been, and we look forward to the work that Shannon and Jennifer will do to elevate the Company’s well-established brand and help us achieve even greater success with our agency partners.”
