Cincinnati Financial Corporation and its US subsidiaries have held their regular shareholder and board meetings, re-electing incumbent directors and corporate officers.
In addition, Dirk J. Debbink, lead director, was appointed to the property casualty and life insurance subsidiary boards, joining the executive and investment committees.
He was also appointed to the investment committee of the Cincinnati Financial board, which he has been part of since 2012.
Debbink is currently chairman and chief executive officer of MSI General Corporation, a privately owned design/build construction firm he’s been employed with since 1983.
He has also served as a leader of organisations ranging from small firms typical of the company’s commercial policyholders to extremely large organisations, including Reserve Deputy Commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet and Commander, Navy Reserve Force.
Steven A. Soloria, CFA, CPCU, senior vice president, was promoted to chief investment officer and named an executive officer and director of the property casualty and life insurance subsidiaries.
Soloria has been with The Cincinnati Insurance Companies for over three decades and has held a number of management positions throughout this time.
