Liberty Mutual Reinsurance has announced the promotion of Cesare Mollica to the role of Senior Underwriter.
Mollica has been with LM Re since 2015 and has operated as a key member of its European team, helping to set up an office in Milan.
In his new role he will continue to write business from the firm’s Milan branch and take on responsibility for Surety and Trade credit in Spain, Balkans Region and Singapore.
He will also be the company’s first reference underwriter for Surety accounts in Australia.
Before his time at LM Re, Mollica was a reinsurance actuarial analyst at Novae. Before that he spent time at Endurance as an actuarial intern.
