One80, a specialty insurance broker, has announced the appointment of Blake Swearengin to the role of National Casualty Practice Leader.
The broker’s National Casualty Practice places business on behalf of insurance brokers throughout the United States and represents major carrier partners in the United States, United Kingdom and Asia.
In his new role, Swearengin will lead One80’s casualty distribution strategy for key lines of business such as primary general liability, excess, and environmental coverages across a broad scope of industry classes.
He has been a leader in the insurance industry for over 17 years. Prior to his new role, Swearengin served as Vice President, Casualty Broker at Amwins where he specialised in manufacturing, energy and environmental risks.
