U.S. Risk Insurance Group, LLC has acquired IMS London American Brokerage and Underwriting Services, and also named Larry Mennes as President of its contract binding operations in Texas, U.S.
Alongside Mennes, the company has named Stephen Vallender Executive Vice President (EVP) at U.S. Risk Brokers, Inc.
Founded in 2005, IMS London American Brokerage and Underwriting Services is domiciled in Houston, Texas, and has offices in Dallas and San Antonio.
Recently announced President of IMS London, Mennes, commented on the acquisition; “We view this merger as a very positive event for our employees, carrier partners, and client retail agents. We are looking forward to being able to better serve our agents with the additional markets and products U.S. Risk has available.”
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of U.S. Risk, Randall Goss, said; “We are very impressed with the business that Larry and his team built and are excited to bring them into the U.S. Risk group of companies.
