Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Dave Burbidge as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group.
Burbidge will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
In this role, Burbidge’s remit will include a focus on designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits solutions for a diverse and growing client base across the Rocky Mountain Region.
Burbidge is a market veteran, he joins Alliant with more than 20 years of industry experience. His expertise is across the full spectrum of available benefit plan offerings, human resource services, legal compliance, and technology solutions.
With a focus on large group benefits planning and implementation, Burbidge uses practical technologies, cutting-edge market innovations, thorough compliance oversight, and personalized customer service to help businesses maximize value and effectively plan for the future.

Prior to joining Alliant, Burbidge worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at a global insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
Burbidge’s industry experience includes five years as a Group Rep for a medical reinsurance carrier and ten years as the owner of an independent benefits consulting firm in southwest Colorado. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.
