Arthur J. Gallagher & Co has expanded its reach throughout the states of Texas and Illinois with the acquisition of Zuber Insurance Agency, a commercial and personal property/casualty insurer serving clients in Texas and Williams-Manny Insurance, a retail insurance broker and employee benefits consultant in Northern Illinois.
The teams and directors of both acquired firms will stay on to continue to service their respective clients while reporting to Gallagher leadership.
Alan Zuber, The founder of Zuber Insurance, and his associates will work under the direction of head of Gallagher’s South Central retail property/casualty brokerage operations, Bret VanderVoort, and Robby White, head of Gallagher’s South Central employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.

The Williams-Manny Insurance team will service the firm’s Illinois clients under the direction of Patrick M. Gallagher, head of Gallagher’s Midwest retail property/casualty brokerage operations, and John Neumaier, head of Gallagher’s Great Lakesemployee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
