He added, “I am so pleased to elevate him to this role, where he is poised to effectively develop an IA model that scales with Ascot’s growth. His work in this role will be integral to reinforcing our culture of integrity and to strengthening the internal audit function, Ascot’s critical third line of defence.”

Prior to that, Mandica spent nearly a decade at Coaction Global, where he was Vice President of Internal Audit. He has also held roles at AIG, Deloitte, and Hutchins Farrell Meyer & Allison PA.
