AXA XL, the property and casualty (P&C) and specialty risk division of AXA, has appointed Russell Caminske as Client Relationship Leader (CRL) for the US East Zone and Ryan Larson as the West Zone CRL.
In their roles, Caminske and Larson will serve as key contacts for AXA XL’s clients across the Eastern and Western United States.
Based in New York and San Francisco, they will oversee regional client management, sales, and distribution across all AXA XL insurance lines, working closely with clients to design multi-line insurance programs for businesses in various industries.
Caminske joins AXA XL after 16 years at AIG, where he most recently served as Executive Client Director. In that role, he focused on growing the Major Account Practice by strengthening relationships with existing clients and building new ones.
Maria Duhart, Head of Client Distribution, East, said, “Russell is a valuable addition to the East Zone. His expertise in bringing cross product and functional teams together to find innovative solutions for clients, together with his sales strategy, client relationship management, and business development skills will help drive our growth initiatives in the region.”
Larson, who will report to Mike Soper, Head of Client Distribution, West, brings nearly 20 years of industry experience. He joins AXA XL from Gallagher Bassett, where he most recently served as Vice President of Business Development. Earlier in his career, Larson held roles at TRISTAR Insurance Group, ACE Group, and AIG.
Soper commented, “With a strong background in business development and sales, Ryan will be instrumental in cultivating long-term client relationships with strategic accounts across the western states.”
