Charles Taylor, a provider of international adjustment services and technology solutions for the global insurance market, has announced the acquisition of M3 Aviation Services, effective June 27, 2024.
Renowned for its expertise in handling aviation claims across various aircraft types, categories, and market sectors, Charles Taylor serves a wide range of clients, including major aviation insurers, brokers, and commercial airlines.
The company leverages a strong network of partners to offer aviation claims services on a global scale.
John Leonard, Regional Director, will continue to oversee Charles Taylor’s aviation adjusting operations in Mexico, Chile, and Brazil.
Pedro Mesa, currently the Managing Director of M3 Aviation Services, will become Regional Director for Charles Taylor’s aviation adjusting team in North America.

Rudy Viamonte will take on the role of Principal Surveyor and Director. Mesa and Viamonte will collaborate closely with Leonard and his team to support their existing clients throughout the Americas.
