Everest Insurance, the insurance division of Bermuda-based re/insurer Everest Group, has announced the launch of its Korea Desk, led by Brian Jee.
Jee has been appointed Head of Korea and Senior Financial Lines Underwriter.
He brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to the role. Jee joined Everest in July 2023 as a Senior Financial Lines Underwriter, handling D&O, FI, and PI accounts across the Asia market.
Prior to Everest, he spent five years at Chubb as a Senior Financial Lines Underwriter and previously held roles at NZI, IAG, and Lumley Insurance.
In a recent LinkedIn post, Tomi Latva-Kiskola, Head of Insurance, Asia at Everest, said, “Brian’s extensive knowledge and network in the Korean market, combined with Everest’s deep underwriting expertise and tailored solutions, position us perfectly to empower local businesses and drive growth across all lines in the exciting Korean market for us.”
