Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has announced the appointment of Audrey Cimignani as Reinsurance Broker / Contract and Regulatory Specialist for the France–Belux region.
Cimignani brings more than a decade of experience in insurance law and risk management. She has expertise in structured life and non-life products, parametric solutions, and reinsurance contracts, combined with significant experience in international commercial arbitration.
Cimignani joins Gallagher Re from Swiss Re, where she most recently served as Regional Legal Counsel, advising reinsurance business units in Property & Casualty and Life & Health on every aspect of law and bringing legal support for structured transactions.
Prior to that, she served as Senior Reinsurance Contracts Counsel at Swiss Re.
Previously, Cimignani was Legal Counsel at AXA and Deputy Counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
