mea Platform, a company specialising in AI solutions for the re/insurance industry, has announced the promotion of Grayson Poole to Chief Product Officer.
mea builds deployment-ready AI products automating complex, time-intensive operation workflows. Grayson’s promotion reflects his critical role in shaping the platform, driving client outcomes, and translating product vision into measurable impact, the company noted.
Poole has been instrumental for the platform’s development since joining the company as Global Head of Product & Client Delivery.
Bringing over three decades of insurance industry expertise, the executive’s background spans underwriting, claims, operations, and global delivery, having served as both a practitioner and a global leader.
His background leading enterprise-scale transformation at AXA XL underpins his pragmatic, execution-focused approach to building insurance AI products at mea.

The promotion follows a strong 2025 for mea, the company has processed $150bn+ in transactions annually for clients in over 25 countries, as well as more than doubled revenue while significantly expanding profitable operating margins over 2024.
In 2025, mea has also added new re/insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs as clients, and expanded its advisory board, team, and client base. Results that stem from a commitment to AI products based on real insurance workflows.
