The International Credit Insurance & Surety Association (ICISA) has announced the election of large European reinsurer Hannover Re’s Jan Müller as President and US insurer Chubb’s Dekker Buckley as Vice-President (VP).
In a recent post, ICISA stated, “With their experience, vision, and commitment, they will guide ICISA as we continue to support and promote the trade credit insurance, surety, and reinsurance industries worldwide.
“This new chapter comes at a time of transformation for our sector, and we’re excited for what lies ahead under their leadership.”
Müller brings 35 years of experience at Hannover Re to the role, where he serves as Managing Director.
Buckley, Senior Vice President, International Surety at Chubb, brings over 30 years of industry experience.
His expertise spans strategic development of Latin American operations, credit analysis of Latin American, European, and Asia Pacific firms, including Fortune 500 companies and small to medium-sized contractors, as well as training in credit analysis.
