Ledgebrook, a technology-focused provider in the Excess and Surplus Lines insurance sector, has announced the appointment of Renata Kubczak as a Reinsurance Operations Specialist.
Kubczak brings three years of experience in reinsurance operations and more than 13 years in insurance accounting.
She joins Ledgebrook from RenaissanceRe Services (UK) Ltd, where she served as Operation Assistant-Cash.
Prior to that, Kubczak spent almost a decade at Kentro Capital Limited, formerly known as Nexus Underwriting Management Limited and the parent company of Nexus Underwriting and Xenia Broking. She was part of the company’s founding team, helping to build the insurance accounting function from the ground up.
She began her career at A-Plan Insurance, now part of Howden, as a Credit Controller.
