The Paraline Group has announced that Paul Rayner is to join the group board and become Active Underwriter of Paraline Syndicate 4242 and SPA 6123.
Rayner joins the Bermudan re/insurance industry investor from GC Securities, where, in his role as Managing Director, he oversaw initiatives like mergers and acquisitions (M&A), start-ups, and capital raises in the Lloyd’s and Company markets.
He also has experience in Lloyd’s capacity, reinsurance and securities offerings, and brings over 18 years’ experience in global insurance markets to his new roles, including positions held at Deloitte, Aviva, and Aon Benfield Securities, where he served as a director before joining GC Securities.
