Roos to succeed Reeves as CEO of Bowring Marsh Bermuda

Marsh, an insurance broker and risk advisor and a subsidiary of Marsh McLennan, has announced Lindsay Roos will succeed Christopher Reeves as CEO of Bowring Marsh Bermuda, its Bermuda-based international placement specialist, effective immediately. Reeves is to remain Chairman.

marsh-logo-newIn her new role, Roos will report to Adam Russell, Head of Global Wholesale, Marsh, who commented: “Lindsay brings a wealth of experience, a proven track record in the industry, and terrific insurer relationships to the role.

“I am confident that her leadership will drive continued success in this critical market for our clients.”

Roos has nearly 20 years of industry experience, all with Marsh. She began her career as a casualty risk analyst and moved to Bermuda in 2013 to work in Bowring Marsh’s Excess Casualty Insurance Department.

Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Casualty and Healthcare Leader for Bowring Marsh Bermuda.

Commenting on her appointment, Roos stated: “I look forward to leading the team here in Bermuda and ensuring that we effectively engage the Bermuda markets and provide clients with optimal outcomes that best support their insurance and risk management objectives.”
