RenaissanceRe (RenRe), a global property and casualty reinsurer, has appointed Paloma Quiroga Arias as Senior Vice President (SVP), Client Data & Analytics.
Arias brings extensive experience in reinsurance, corporate strategy, research, data analysis, and consulting.
She joins RenRe from Swiss Re, where she spent nearly three years serving as Head of Risk Consulting & Analytics.
Prior to that, Arias spent almost a decade at Aon in various senior roles, most recently as Head of Articulating Value, Aon Reinsurance Solutions.
In December 2025, Arias commented on her departure from Swiss Re: “As this year comes to an end, so does a chapter of my career and my journey with Swiss Re. It has been an incredibly enriching one, which has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally in equal measure.
