Having started as a middle market underwriter, she has risen through the ranks, showcasing her leadership skills in various roles, including her recent tenure as Chief Underwriting Officer of Specialty Property and Casualty.

Seibold’s extensive experience in sales and underwriting makes her well-suited to lead The Hanover’s specialty property and casualty programs, specialty general liability, and specialty brokerage businesses.

Barrett, who joined The Hanover in 2021, has been a vital asset to the company’s programs business as Vice President of Underwriting.

Prior to joining The Hanover, Barrett held prominent leadership positions at Chubb, both within their programs and brokerage division and at CNA. His strong underwriting expertise and strategic vision have played a pivotal role in positioning The Hanover’s programs business for future success.

Bryan J. Salvatore, Executive Vice President and President of Specialty at The Hanover, expressed his satisfaction with these appointments, saying, “We are very pleased to promote Stephanie and Arthur to these important roles within our specialty business. Stephanie brings a wealth of experience and is a strong leader and enterprise integrator for our company. And Arthur is a strong underwriting leader that has played a critical role in positioning our programs business for future success. Under their leadership, we look forward to expanding these important businesses to meet the growing specialty needs of our agents and brokers.”
