Wills names Michelle Ng as Head of Risk & Analytics, Pacific

Willis, a WTW business, has appointed Michelle Ng as Head of Risk & Analytics, Pacific, succeeding Matt Frost, who has retired from the company.

WTW - Willis Towers Watson logoIn her new role, Ng will lead the Pacific Risk & Analytics (R&A) team to deliver data-driven insights, actuarial expertise, and advanced risk modelling capabilities to clients across Australia, New Zealand and the broader Pacific region.

She has a deep technical background in risk analytics and actuarial consulting, and a proven track record of working closely with C-suites, Boards and senior management.

Most recently, Ng served at international broker Marsh as the Head of Analytics and Senior Vice President for Pacific, before which, she was an Analytics Leader.

Before this, she served at Suncorp Group as a Portfolio Data Analytics Specialist and Senior Actuarial Analyst, offering insurance and banking solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

At the firm, Ng specialised in commercial portfolio data analytics and commercial and personal lines pricing. She started her career as an Actuarial Analyst at Calliden Insurance.
