Specialty and wholesale broker Accretive Insurance has announced that Fred Browning has joined the leadership team as Chief Underwriting Officer.
Before joining Accretive, Browning served as the Chief Underwriting Officer for AmeriTrust Insurance. There, he was responsible for the corporate underwriting for all AmeriTrust Insurance Group companies, consisting of admitted and excess surplus lines insurers.
Additionally, Browning has held executive leadership positions for national insurers, including Chairman, President, and CEO of Chrysler Insurance Group. At Chrysler, he was responsible for worldwide insurance operations, which included three property casualty insurers, a reinsurance company, two life insurers, and a national wholesale broker.
