Acrisure, a global financial technology and insurance company, has unveiled Auris AI, its applied AI platform designed to connect data, workflows, and AI-assisted decision-making across its portfolio of services.
Built on Palantir’s platform, the system integrates client, carrier, contract and operational data into a unified engine, helping insurance professionals identify opportunities, coordinate workflows and serve clients more efficiently under strong access controls.
Auris AI is designed to address challenges arising from disconnected systems and fragmented data across the insurance sector by streamlining cross-system coordination.
It leverages Acrisure’s scale, industry experience and operating footprint to support more connected, efficient and informed insurance workflows.
Developed by Acrisure’s technology team and business operators, Auris AI organises operational data, business logic, and workflows.
The platform brings client intelligence, growth opportunities, risk insights, placement activity, service needs, and carrier relationships into a shared environment, helping teams coordinate more effectively and support informed decision-making for clients.
“We are not announcing another vibe-coded AI tool,” said Benjamin Funk, Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer at Acrisure. “We are unveiling a platform built against the actual complexity of how insurance is delivered today: fragmented data, disconnected workflows, multi-company collaboration, and human expertise. Auris AI is designed to support AI-assisted workflows that help our teams surface insights, coordinate tasks, and better serve clients.”
Auris AI is part of a cross-industry showcase of organisations using Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to solve complex operational challenges.
Acrisure’s partnership with Palantir underscores its effort to transition enterprise AI into practical business operations, with plans to further explore responsible AI deployment, data governance, and control.
“Auris AI enables Acrisure to bring AI into the core of its operations while maintaining control over the data, workflows and decisions that power its business,” said Ryan Taylor, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Palantir. “We are proud to partner to bring Palantir’s Ontology and AIP into production across Acrisure’s business.”
Looking ahead, Acrisure plans to expand Auris AI’s capabilities and deepen collaboration with clients, carriers, and other relationships where the platform can support more connected workflows.
It views the future of financial services as reliant on stronger coordination among people, data, and digital infrastructure to aid informed decision-making.
