Adam Fox to lead Stonybrook’s international growth

Stonybrook, a global specialist investment banking and reinsurance broking firm, has announced the appointment of Adam Fox as CEO of International, a London-based role.

stonybrook-capital-logoWith over 25 years of experience in reinsurance, capital markets, and global insurance, Fox brings extensive expertise to Stonybrook.

In his new position, the executive will lead efforts to expand Stonybrook’s international platform and support the firm’s US business, especially its trading relationships with the specialist Lloyd’s marketplace.

Over the course of his career, Fox has advised insurers, reinsurers, financial institutions and investors on M&A, structured finance, growth capital, transaction risk and capital optimisation.

Prior to Stonybrook, he served at at Alvarez & Marsal, most recently as Senior Advisor, Global Specialty & Commercial Insurance. He was also a Managing Director of Grenville Fox Holdings and a Co-Founder of Envelop Risk.

Earlier in his career, Fox held senior leadership and advisory positions at Lehman Brothers and Guy Carpenter.
