Barcelona-headquartered specialty risks managing general agent (MGA) ANV Global Services, Inc. has launched its Transactional Risk Insurance (TRI) program in the United States.
Colin Addy and Greg Conroy will lead the program as Co-Heads of ANV US TRI.
ANV’s US TRI will initially underwrite Representations and Warranties Insurance (RWI) on behalf of a panel of insurers including AmTrust and various Syndicates at Lloyd’s.
With the expansion of ANV’s TRI program in the US, ANV now provides a global TRI offering o its brokers partners and insureds.
Since 2013, the MGA has been providing TRI solutions in the UK, Europe and other international jurisdictions for transactions that range from small domestic deals to large cross-border acquisitions.
