American International Group (AIG) has appointed Emma Woolley as Global Head of Marine.
Woolley brings over two decades of experience in the London marketplace, following a number of senior roles across the capital.
She joins AIG from Lancashire Syndicates Limited where she served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for just under four years.
Prior to that, she spent just under six years at Cathedral Underwriting Limited, where she served as CEO for just under four years, and Compliance Director for just over two years.
Before joining Cathedral Underwriting Limited, Woolley spent over nine years at Canopius Group, where she served as Head of Compliance for eight years.
Woolley started her career within the industry at BMS Group in 1997, where she served as Wordings Manager for over six years.
