Alliant acquires InvisionBenefit, expanding its Employee Benefits Group

Alliant has expanded its Employee Benefits Group with the acquisition of InvisionBenefit, a Northern Illinois-based broker, consultant, and administrator.

alliantlogo-2c-finalThe acquisition of InvisionBenefit further expands Alliant’s Midwest benefits presence, bringing a range of new benefits, consulting, and advisory services under the Alliant banner.

The firm was founded in the year 2000, and in addition to serving clients in the Midwest region, InvisionBenefit has a national scope of service and a presence in all 50 U.S. states.

Tom Corbett, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alliant, said: “InvisionBenefit stands apart in the industry by combining a relationship-driven service model with an extremely broad spectrum of capabilities. The addition of the Invision team to Alliant further solidifies our commitment to offering clients a truly comprehensive service experience that strengthens both the business and the workforce.”

Founder and Managing Principal of InvisionBenefit, Marko Castillo, along with the entire InvisionBenefit team, will join Alliant and continue to work from its Lake in the Hills, IL headquarters. Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
