Alliant announces trio of acquisitions in Oklahoma

Alliant Insurance Services has announced three new acquisitions in Oklahoma, further expanding its presence in the state and the surrounding areas.

First among these, though in no particular order, is Commercial Risk Group (CRG), a retail P&C insurance agency based in Broken Arrow, OK.

Tom Corbett, Chairman and CEO of Alliant, commented, “The acquisition of CRG brings significant risk management expertise, talent and experience to our Alliant Americas division in the region.

“Steve Allen and his team of insurance professionals bring an effective method of serving clients with a wide variety of needs to navigate the complex world of insurance.”

Steve Allen, Senior Vice President, Alliant Insurance Services (formerly CRG), said, “The CRG team is committed to finding solutions for our clients’ insurance policy needs and goals, helping them to be informed buyers and continuing to serve them after the sale as their trusted risk advisor.

“Joining Alliant enables us to provide best-in-class client service and resources, while maintaining the personalized relationships and principles that our clients expect and appreciate.”

The second acquisition Alliant disclosed is that of The Arrow Group, a retail P&C insurance agency also based in Broken Arrow, OK.

The Arrow Group will operate as Alliant Insurance Services going forward and will join the Alliant Americas division.

Aforementioned Corbett, said, “We are excited for Terry Cupp and The Arrow Group’s experienced team of producers and support staff to join Alliant and enhance our local expertise as we continue to expand our footprint in the region.”

The third and final acquisition Alliant made in the state is that of 3000 Insurance Group (3IG), a retail P&C insurance and employee benefits firm based in Oklahoma City, OK, which will also join the Alliant Americas division and operate as Alliant Insurance Services.

Corbett said, “Joe Strunk and his team of risk specialists bring to Alliant a robust insurance operation that prides itself on customer-centric service.

“We look forward to providing additional specialized resources and support to enhance the team’s delivery of insurance and risk management solutions to its client base.”
