US specialty insurance broker Alliant Insurance Services has named John Ludwig co-Chief Operating Officer.
Ludwig brings over thirty years experience to the role and previously served as president and Chief Executive Officer of EnRisk. He will continue to lead the Alliant Specialty retail vertical for Energy & Marine.
Ludwig, who will work alongside Alliant Specialty co-COO Michael Cusack, succeeds Jeff Moench in the role.
Moench will remain in a leadership role within Alliant Specialty, redirecting his efforts in this current market cycle to broking and client services on the Alliant Real Estate & Hospitality and Public Entity platforms.
Ludwig and Cusack will work to further Alliant’s proven strategy through strategic hires, organic growth, exceeding client expectations, and identifying potential acquisitions.
