AM Specialty Insurance Group (ASIG), a provider of specialty insurance solutions, has announced a series of promotions across AM Specialty Insurance Company (ASIC) US and ASIC UK.
Duncan Daniel has been promoted to Vice President, Underwriting at ASIC US. He joined ASIG in the summer of 2020, initially working at Am Re Syndicate Inc., and later served as an Underwriter for ASIC.
Previously, Daniel held various analyst roles at Lantower Residential, Matthews, and McWaters & Associates Realtors.
Additionally, Nishad Lad has been named Vice President, Engineering, ASIC US. He joined ASIG in June 2020 as a Software Engineer and most recently served as Head of Data.
Next, Adam Pinos has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Group Operations, ASIC US, after serving as Operations Associate since October 2024. In his previous role, Pinos supported group-wide operations, working at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and governance.
ASIG has also promoted Javier Sebastian to Senior Marketing Associate at ASIC US. He joined the company in the summer of last year as a Marketing & Distribution Analyst.
For ASIC UK, Marta Maia has been promoted to Operations Associate, and Tamsin Robin to Office Manager, after both previously serving at Pinpoint UK Solutions Ltd, part of ASIG, since July 2025.
