AM Specialty Insurance Group, a provider of specialty insurance solutions, has announced the appointment of Jamie Micheli as Head of People and Talent for AM Specialty Insurance Company.
Micheli brings more than 12 years of HR experience, with a strong background in strategic human resources management.
Throughout her career, she has led initiatives in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and culture transformation, helping organisations build high-performing, people-first environments.
Micheli joins AM Specialty after eight years at Bohler, most recently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Prior to that, she was a Senior Physician Recruiter at Merritt Hawkins, an AMN Healthcare company, and also held roles at Worldwide Express.
