Amerisure, a provider of commercial property and casualty insurance solutions, has announced the appointment of Marty Arnold as Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO).
In this role, Arnold will lead the company underwriting strategy, working to drive profitability and growth for underwriting operations, while also overseeing the corporate underwriting, product, underwriting systems and technology teams.
With more than three decades in the insurance industry, Arnold began his insurance career in 1991 with The St. Paul Companies, rotating through a variety of actuarial roles and serving as Director of Corporate Planning and Development.
He then held a variety of leadership responsibilities at SECURA Insurance over the past 22 years, including Chief Actuary and Chief Underwriting Officer, while also having oversight for research and development, reinsurance, and risk management.
