Insurance service provider Amynta Group has strategically combined its underwriting unit, Scion Underwriting Services, into Ambridge Group to expand its wholesale specialty casualty business.
The new combined business unit will operate as the specialty casualty underwriting unit of Ambridge Group, providing underwriting solutions with an expanded offering to serve Amynta’s broker partners.
Ambridge Specialty Casualty is designed to provide primary general liability and excess liability coverages across a range of industries and market segments, explained the insurer.
This unit, led by Jon Liening, aims to create a unified and comprehensive platform to serve the firm’s wholesale partners. Currently, Liening leads general liability and excess liability for Ambridge.
