Antares Global, the multinational group of insurance and related service companies, revealed the appointment of Kevin Wenzel as their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Wenzel, with an impressive career spanning over 30 years, is set to bring a wealth of experience to his new role, the company noted.
Having recently served as the Deputy CFO of Allianz Holdings PLC (UK), Wenzel has a strong background in finance and actuarial matters.
His extensive tenure at Allianz included key leadership roles such as Chief Actuary and CFO of LV, the general insurance company acquired by Allianz in 2018.
Wenzel will report directly to Antares Global CEO, Mike van der Straaten, who expressed his delight in welcoming Wenzel to the team.
Van der Straaten highlighted Wenzel’s deep expertise, particularly in finance and actuarial domains, and praised his successful implementation of data science solutions. Anticipating a significant year for the company, van der Straaten is optimistic about Wenzel’s pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach contributing to the realisation of Antares Global’s strategic ambitions.
