Antares Global, a specialist Lloyd’s syndicate known for providing tailored marine, aviation, and property insurance solutions, has promoted Ina Salillari to Reinsurance Purchasing Lead, Retail – Business Development.
She joined the syndicate in 2020 as a Reinsurance Technician, later becoming Senior Reinsurance Technician, before taking on her most recent role as Reinsurance Purchaser in March 2025.
Prior to joining Antares, she was a Ceded Reinsurance Technician at Bermuda-based Sompo International, the international operating arm of Tokyo-based Sompo Holdings, for over two years. She held the same role at specialist insurer Beazley for more than one year.
She started her career in the industry at Allianz Greece, where she served for over nine years in the reinsurance and credit control department.
