Antoine Fleury has been appointed Directeur Général France for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, effective 1 July 2026, subject to regulatory and internal approvals.
Bruno Mostermans, who has led the French branch since 2011, is moving up into a broader international role as the new Head of Global Customer and Distribution Management, where he will oversee global distribution activities and broker relationships.
Fleury has been part of Swiss Re for two decades, including close to three years at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.
Prior to his appointment, he served as Head Global Distribution Management, based in Zurich, and worked as Head Customer & Distribution Lead and Sales Excellence before that.
Before joining Swiss Re in 2007, Fleury was part of Adecco Management & Consulting, a human resources and talent solutions organisation.
Mostermans has been part of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions for 15 years, having joined the company in 2011 following a ten-year tenure at XL Catlin.
Before that, he spent seven years at Gras Savoye, a company acquired by Willis Group in 2015 (which later merged with Towers Watson to form Willis Towers Watson, now known as WTW)
