Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, part of broking group Aon, has announced that Chin Fong Teh has been appointed Chief of Staff, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, reporting to Rupert Moore, Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific, Reinsurance Solutions at Aon.
The reinsurance broker notes that Fong Teh brings around two decades of experience across reinsurance operations, regional leadership and transformation programmes.
In his new role, he will work with senior leaders within Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions team to support strategic priorities and contribute to the development of operational effectiveness across the Asia Pacific region, with a continued focus on client outcomes.
Prior to joining Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, Fong Teh held senior regional operational positions and was involved in large-scale transformation and integration initiatives, alongside experience in broking.
Aon highlights that this background has given him detailed knowledge of client requirements across Asia Pacific and the practical demands of delivering consistent service outcomes. He began his career in reinsurance at Malaysian Re.
