Global insurance and reinsurance brokerage Aon has appointed Natalie Rose as its new Bermuda Insurance Vertical Leader, part of the firm’s Reinsurance Solutions segment.
In the new role, she will focus on strengthening the broker’s client relationships.
Rose has over two decades of international re/insurance industry experience, operating in client-facing roles at global insurers, reinsurers, and broking firms.
Most recently, Rose served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Aon for the last two years, based in Bermuda. In the role, she catalyses the growth of Aon’s broking, ILS, and captive management business on the island, centring the Aon United strategy.
Prior to this, she was the Regional Managing Director of Aon Inpoint for over eight years, and Programme Manager GI Underwriting for Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. for over two years, based in Dubai.
Previously, she has also served as the Vice President of Healthcare for Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., based in Bermuda and London. Rose started her career as a Paralegal at ACE Group in 1999.
Recently, Aon announced the expansion of its Aon Client Treaty (ACT) into its Reinsurance Solutions business, specifically for global facultative placements, bringing more capacity to its clients via its facility as part of the firm’s 3×3 Plan.
