Re/insurance broker Aon has announced that Suzanne Hughes has joined the company as Head of Credit Solutions, Ireland.
In the role, she will hold responsibility for leading Aon’s Credit Solutions business and client strategy in Ireland, in close cooperation with the firm’s central and international teams.
She joins the broker with over two decades of experience in credit insurance client and leadership roles.
In her most recent role, she served as Head of Commercial and Client Services for WTW Ireland’s Trade Credit business.
All in all, Hughes spent over eight years working at WTW. She joined the firm in January 2016, taking on the role of Client Relationship Manager of the company’s Ireland Trade Credit business.
Prior to joining WTW, she spent over 15 years at Credit Insurance Management Company Ltd, (CIMCO) working as a Client Relationship Manager.
In a statement, Aon said: “She is a fantastic new addition to our global practice capability, in a region with significant growth opportunities.”
Aon recently appointed Rishi Mehra as the Head of India, reporting to Anne Corona, Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific.
