Global insurance and reinsurance broker Aon has appointed Natalie Lim as Agriculture Retrocession Leader in Singapore.
In her new role, Lim will focus on agriculture retrocession business and the development of new agriculture insurance solutions in the region.
Lim joined Aon in September 2017 as Senior Broker, Livestock Specialist, and was appointed Associate Director in April 2020.
Most recently, she served as Head of Agriculture Analytics and Parametrics, Asia, since April 2022, where she focused on developing analytics tools and services for agriculture reinsurance.
In a recent LinkedIn post, Lim commented on her new role, saying, “Looking forward to leveraging my experience to drive the development of new agriculture (re)insurance solutions.”
