Aon Central and Eastern Europe (Aon CEE) has announced three senior leadership appointments for Aon Commercial Risk CZ, including Hana Pavelkova as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Aon CEE board.
In addition, Zuzana Petrelli has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer, while Kristyna Blechova has been named Chief Broking Officer of Aon Commercial Risk CZ.
Pavelkova brings three decades of industry experience, joining Aon from RENOMIA, where she most recently served as Senior Insurance Specialist, Real Estate, M&A, and Construction. In this role, she set up a Real Estate, M&A and Construction strategy for the CEE offices and Renomia European Partners across 29 countries in the region, developing the specialty among CEE private equity funds and property developers.
Petrelli has more than 15 years of experience across the financial and insurance sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of RENOMIA’s Prague branch. Prior to that, she spent six years at Volvo Financial Services, where she served as Country Manager for the Czech Republic. Previously, she was Insurance Sales Manager (RET) at ČSOB Leasing.
Blechova joins Aon after more than six years at Marsh McLennan, where she most recently served as Head of Corporate. In that role, she led the strategic management of insurance and risk programs for major corporate clients, ensuring optimal coverage, compliance, and cost efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
In a recent LinkedIn post, the company stated: “The main tasks of the new leadership will be to continue developing Aon as a strong and respected partner for our clients, to focus on sustainable business growth, to increase the visibility of the Aon brand and, last but not least, to further invest in our internal talent.”
