Specialist insurer and reinsurer Apollo, and Artificial Labs, the algorithmic underwriting insurtech, have launched a new smart follow collaboration to unlock fast, consistent and reliable capacity for London market brokers.

apollo-logoThis launch follows on from a successful proof of concept in early 2023, which applied Artificial’s technology to one of the most established, technical classes within Lloyd’s, marine hull.

At the same time, the collaboration will develop several other lines of business that will enable brokers to benefit from more choice and opportunity within smart follow market.

Apollo’s underwriting expertise combined with Artificial’s market-focused technology will provide an exclusive offering for brokers that adds value through increased productivity and efficiency.

It has also been confirmed that the collaboration will support brokers in whichever way they choose to transact, be it at the Box, through web portals, or anything in between.
