Anderson & Co (Holdings) Limited (ACH) and its subsidiary Anderson & Co (Insurance Brokers) Limited (ACIB) have been acquired by Ardonagh Advisory, expanding its presence in the North of the UK.
Blackpool-based brokerage Anderson & Co, established over five decades ago, specialises in commercial and personal lines.Since its launch, it has built a strong reputation for quality and client service, and was purchased by Christine McLellan in 1993.
According to the announcement, McLellan will continue to serve as Managing Director under the new Ardonagh Advisory ownership.
The Anderson & Co team will join the North Division of Ardonagh Advisory General Insurance (GI) Broking, led by Stephen Boyd, North Divisional Managing Director.
