The SME broking platform of The Ardonagh Group, Ardonagh Advisory, has acquired BP Insurance Brokers (BPIB), a provider of commercial and personal insurance services based the UK.
Ardonagh Advisory includes brands such as Bravo Networks, Footman James, Hera Indemnity, Lorega, Towergate, Towergate Health & Protection, Thompson & Bryan, and Usay Compare.
Established in Blackpool, UK, in 1958, BPIB has become a prominent high street broker in the Fylde Coast region. The company also has locations in Cleveleys, Lancaster, and St Annes. Barry Pimlott.
According to the announcement, Barry Pimlott, BPIB Managing Director, will continue to lead the team of 44 employees.
