The SME broking platform of The Ardonagh Group, Ardonagh Advisory, has acquired Rollinson Smith Insurance Brokers (RSIB), the community broker servicing the Shropshire, Staffordshire, West Midlands and North Wales regions with considerable reach in London, as well as other areas of the United Kingdom.
Established in 1974, RSIB offers commercial and personal lines, with Fleet, Motor Trade and Commercial Combined being among the company’s core product offering.
The company’s team of 26 operates from Telford. It also has an additional office located in Colwyn Bay, Conwy which serves clients in North Wales.
It has been confirmed that managing Director Chris Hartley will continue to lead the business, following the acquisition.

Meanwhile, Ardonagh Advisory recently acquired BP Insurance Brokers (BPIB), a provider of commercial and personal insurance services based the UK.
