Ardonagh Advisory has grown its presence in Scotland with the acquisition of Glasgow-based Solutions Healthcare Ltd, a whole of market healthcare insurance broker, serving commercial clients and individuals across the UK.
The business offers advice on Private Medical Insurance and employee benefits including, life assurance, critical illness and business protection. It also provides an additional claims service, ensuring clients receive a fully supported, end-to-end service.
Solutions Healthcare was founded in 2014 by Directors Alan and Evelyn Christie, who used their extensive 30 years’ experience in the market to build a well-respected brokerage which has attracted many longstanding clients.
According to the announcement, the business will operate as part of Towergate Health & Protection, a whole of market provider of specialist health and wellbeing benefits solutions.
Director Evelyn Christie will continue to guide the business in a client-facing role, Ardonagh added.
