Argenta Private Capital announces integration of tax and corporate services unit

Argenta Private Capital Limited (APCL), an advisor to private investors at Lloyd’s, has integrated its tax and corporate services units to better support clients’ ever-changing needs.

ArgentaArgenta Tax and Corporate Services Limited (ATCSL) provides tax, accounting and company secretarial services primarily to the Lloyd’s market and has a reputation within the industry for its specialist knowledge relating to all aspects of Lloyd’s and participants’ underwriting affairs.

These services will be easily available as an integrated part of APCL’s offering to its 500 clients who underwrite more than £3.8 billion of premium.

According to the announcement, the combined structure will ensure that APCL clients have seamless access to the tax efficient opportunities to invest directly in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market, together with the requisite tax, accounting and company secretarial services necessary to underpin and structure those investments.

“The new, fully integrated APCL will reinforce our superior client service offering, making the most of the wide array of experience in the Lloyd’s market that now exists within APCL,” Robert Flach, Managing Director of APCL, commented.

Adding: “APCL and ATCSL have worked hand in hand for many years. This integration, APCL stated, is part of a broader company growth strategy that will look across internal and external opportunities to strengthen the company’s pipeline with a combined offering that will make significant contributions to clients’ investments. It will also significantly enhance the client onboarding process and subsequent level of service.
