Global reinsurance business Ariel Re has announced the promotion of nine employees in its London and Bermuda offices, part of its ‘academy firm’ approach.
Its ‘academy firm’ approach fosters career development and learning within the re/insurance sector.
This year’s promotions cover a diverse range of roles and departments, including underwriting, portfolio management, IT, and actuarial services.
Caroline Caton has been promoted to Senior Systems Analyst, Catarina Correia to Senior Reinsurance Analyst, Connor Bradbury to Underwriter, Property and Ihab Khalil to Chief Information Officer.
The promotions also include JayLynn Hines, who is now serving as AVP – Underwriter, Cyber, Mohammed Ibrahim was promoted to Senior Actuarial Analyst, Rahul Choudhry to Software Developer, to Tom Orton – VP – Property Underwriter, and Veronica King to SVP – Underwriter, Property.
Notably, Ihab Khalil, previously Senior Vice-President of Portfolio Management, has been appointed Chief Information Officer and joins the Ariel Re Bermuda Leadership Team.
