Arrowhead Programs, a managing general agency that designs and administers specialty insurance programmes, has launched Arrowhead Professional, a practice group that brings together seven US offices and more than 125 underwriting, claims, and operations specialists under a dedicated leader.
Together, these teams managed over $175 million in gross written premium in 2025.
The unified practice group combines specialisation across disciplines, providing a streamlined access point to niche insurance programmes, analytics, and capabilities.
Arrowhead Professional will focus on professional liability and related specialty solutions. With more than 16 complementary professional and executive liability products and coverages, the practice group simplifies placement for brokers and ensures the right solutions are delivered quickly and efficiently.
Stacy Paquet will lead Arrowhead Professional, overseeing strategic direction and operations alongside her existing role as CEO of Nexus US.
She brings more than 20 years of industry experience across professional and management liability. In 2019, she joined Nexus as part of its US expansion and established the team’s financial and professional lines business.
Prior to that, Paquet spent over a decade at OneBeacon Insurance, most recently serving as President of Management Liability. Earlier in her career, she worked as an attorney at CNA Insurance and Conklin & Synder.

This announcement follows the recent formation of Arrowhead Public Entity, a practice group dedicated to public-sector insurance.
