Artex Risk Solutions has announced that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder, Peter Mullen, will be appointed Chairman, and Gallagher’s Regional Executive Vice President, Zeb Holt, will be named Artex’s new CEO, both effective January 1, 2025.
Mullen has 38 years of industry experience. He has been the CEO of Artex for over five years and served as its Executive Vice President for almost two decades between 1992 and 2011.
Mullen also worked for two leading global insurers, Aon and AIG, where he served as CEO and Vice President, respectively.
Holt will be joining Artex from Gallagher, where he has worked for 11 years. Prior to that, Holt worked for Artex for over four years, most recently as a Global Sales Director.
Holt commented, “It’s been an absolute privilege and honour to work alongside the Gallagher South Florida and broader Florida teams for the past 11 years.”
