Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced the acquisition of Blueleaf Consulting Pty Ltd., a financial advice practice based in North Sydney, New South Wales.
Founded in 2006, Blueleaf Consulting offers wealth management, estate planning and business succession support to businesses and individuals across New South Wales.
Following the takeover, Blueleaf Consulting’s Gary O’Sullivan, David Campbell, and Benn Furlong, alongside their associates, will join the wider Gallagher team in the Sydney Head Office.
They will operate under the direction of Leslie Lemenager, head of Gallagher’s international employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
